Join a dynamic group of employers and educators in an intensive day of discussion around the 8 NACE Career Competences and 21st Century Skills. Through a series of micro-workshops, learn why colleges, universities and employers have become laser-focused on these universal skills and the steps they're taking to develop them in their students in and out of the classroom.

The 2019 NorCal Fall Summit is hosted at Menlo College, a small, private, non-profit college in Atherton, California. Opening remarks from Angela Schmiede, Ph.D., Vice President of Student Success and founder of the award-winning Menlo College Internship Program.
